How Much Does It Cost
What makes SoftProDeveloper such an interesting service is that, other than some setup time, you invest NOTHING up front. That's right, the service costs you nothing to use, nothing to showcase your product and talents. If you sell nothing, you pay nothing. Below is an explanation of our costs and payment details.
Costs
Sales made on SoftProDeveloper are collected via our interface with Paypal. The standard rate for sales is 14% of the total. A fifty cent transaction fee is added to each purchase transaction. A one hundred dollar total product sale will cost you fourteen dollars and fifty cents. Remember, this is your total cost which you pay ONLY on sales made. If you sell nothing, you pay nothing.
Payments
SoftProDeveloper.com currently issues sales checks to our partners during the first week of each month. Automatic monthly payments are sent for partners who's accounts reach a minimum balance of two hundred dollars. To keep our processing costs down, accounts with balances under two hundred dollars are held until the first week of the month after the balance exceeds two hundred dollars. If a partner should want a check for sales under the two hundred dollar minimum, the standard rate for the transaction is raised from 14% to 16%, and the partner will need to notify us vial email to partners@softprodeveloper.com.
Refunds
At times you may have a need to issue a refund, after consultation, we will refund our fees minus the credit card processing fees we incur on your behalf for up to 30 days after the transaction is booked or until we distribute funds to you. Currently those rates are about 3% of the sale.
Advertising
We have a variety of options available for advertisers. We understand that not every product is of a nature that fit the "online sale" scenario. We also know that there are some great products out there that we want SoftProDeveloper.com patrons to know about and support. Contact us to discuss your advertising needs and we will get you set-up with space on this website. Access To A Method Of Sale - SoftProDeveloper.com provides partners with a method to sell their product online. SoftProDeveloper utilizes Pay Pal to provide a safe and secure method of collecting payments. The Pay Pal usage cost is built into the cost we charge only when you sell something.
